The SHUA Multifunctional Training Plate can place the yoga ball in the middle slot and conduct training on an unstable plane with the barbells or the resistance of elastic bands. There are a total of 8 fixed hooks on both sides of the training platform and 4 auxiliary handles are installed around the equipment.
